ECOBASE Spray Applied Membrane – The Answer to Seam and Adhesive Failures

Epro™ ECOBASE is a spray-applied, water-based membrane that acts as a gas and water barrier. Applied by RAS Contracting with a self-contained sprayer, ECOBASE creates a seamless and resilient membrane for a variety of surfaces, including concrete, block, wood, ICF, and metal.

Epro™ System III Plus

Where moisture protection is absolutely necessary, and when a high water table is known to exist, RAS Contracting applies the Epro™ System III Plus. Consisting of a spray-on membrane of protection, an extremely tough middle membrane, and followed by a durable yet pliable drainage mat and footing drain, this system provides exceptional protection and drainage. With three water barriers in one composite system, System III Plus is a high quality, high-performance waterproofing solution.

Epro™ System III Plus Components

BASE MEMBRANE - ECOBASE
A spray-applied, high-build, exceptionally flexible, monolithic membrane that is the pliable, completely bonded substrate waterproofing membrane.

MIDDLE MEMBRANE – ECOSHIELD-E10
An extremely tough, non-degrading poly-olefin sheet that acts as the primary protection course for the liquid membrane and as a waterproofing membrane.

EXTERIOR MEMBRANE – ECODRAIN-E
An exceptionally durable yet pliable drainage composite that protects the other components from other construction damage, while providing drainage and additional moisture protection.

Additional Protection Where You Need It

Along with the waterproofing systems described above, RAS Contracting will also apply the following Epro™ products where needed to provide additional moisture protection and drainage:

ECOLINE-R, a medium-viscosity, liquid applied membrane, is used in conjunction with mesh or mat material for repairing cracks and joints.

ECODRAIN-DS footing drain, is installed at the base of foundation walls to collect and draw water away from the underground structure, eliminating the need for pipe and gravel.
